Upcoming Workshop on Farm Estate Planning

For those interested in learning more about farm estate planning, the Morgan Conservation District is hosting a workshop on December 11th. The event will take place at Drover's Culinary Cafe in Brush, Colorado, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. Jeffrey Tranel from the CSU Extension Office will be discussing how to transfer your business to the next generation, make plans for retirement, and formalize estate plans.

Mr. Tranel has experience working with farming and ranching families throughout Colorado, offering individual consultations and hosting workshops to guide them through the process of setting up a farm estate and succession planning. The workshop aims to address family values and goals, ensuring that the transition process aligns with their vision for the future.
